Our goal is to create a fully integrated platform with an emphasis on clear, manageable information. Optimized for the mobile experience, the website will function as a portal to your companies, mission, and investment opportunities. The website's backend will feature an easy to navigate dashboard allowing users to quickly update different areas of the website, including static and dynamic content.
Individual website pages will be presented to you for review, with sign off needed before moving into the build. The full website will be completely designed from scratch on the Webflow platform.
Pages will be designed to adapt to the size and orientation of the screen, resulting in compatibility across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Upon completion you will receive full training to ensure comfortability when using the platform. Additionally, a "How To" document detailing all angles of the website and its backend system will be provided. We also provide ongoing support ant maintenance upon request.
For website and development projects, our team operates using an agile workflow with collaboration, feedback, and optimization in mind. Each stage of our approach is repeated in 2 week segments, targeting specific aspects of the website. These segments along with the projected sitemap, ultimately make up the project timeline.

Onboarding
The goal is to lay the foundation of the project with required information including the setup of communication platforms, shared drives and folder architecture. We'll outline the website's functional needs and aid in organizational set up.
Outline Objectives
With the information provided, we set up a list of goals, milestones towards completion, taking into consideration our timeline.
Project Planning
Our in-house project manager will breakdown the project roadmap and ensure we are all on the same page.
Competitor Analysis
We look at competitors and/or websites of a similar quality in order to spot emerging trends in the market to allow us to stay ahead of the competition and stand out amongst the crowd.
Audience Evaluation
We collaborate with user insight to identify their needs and what drives them. This aids in content creation, branding and user journey.
Technical Review
To gain technical guidance on in-house platforms and system setup. We will include a level of consultation to ensure the platforms in use allow best efficiency in our work. We will also optimize domain names, DNS settings and email platforms should they be needed.
Brand Review
To study what is readily available and how we take it to the next level. We look at the current brand identity, colors and font pairings to create consistency in our design.
Brainstorming
Using insight from our brand review, this stage is to look at art direction, content ideas, imagery and more.
Information Architecture
This stage is focused on content collation. Using our predetermined folder system, we will begin building out the content which will gradually be injected into the website's build.
Wireframes
This is the foundation layout of the site, a basic frame to which we inject our branding guideline and content. We pay close consideration to the content creation stages and how it will be laid out best within the site to maximize engagement.
Creative Design
As part of our branding process, we take all the information and designs we have created and begin feeding it into the wireframes of the site to mockup how the website looks and behaves, at this stage we will have a clear route of identity. This includes a full round of reviews before signing off and moving into the build of the site.
Page Creation
Once the website page designs have been signed off, we then use the wireframe to design the live version of each individual page. This is when we introduce interactive elements into our design.
Atomic Design & Development
This stage is where we look at the finer details that build up to the full site. This includes buttons (and hover effects), navigation drop-downs, article modules, CMS content (news) layout and more.
CMS Integration
To give you the ability to control all content on the website, we build CMS collections tailored to suit your needs, these will include form layouts to enter information on news and actions. Using information from our Technical Review, we will create a seamless interface to minimize maintenance time and maximize efficiency when updating the site internally.
Content Migration
Once CMS is complete, we then begin filling in space with actual content. Using our custom built API linked directly to the CMS system, at this stage, the in-house team will get a better understanding on website maintenance and fine tune the way the site is managed. This stage also includes form setup with direct link to email and social media embedding via links and feeds (where necessary).
Technical Testing
A/B testing internally to ensure the pages are fully functional. We run through the site together as a team and as part of a full review, additional changes and tweaks for the future.
Onsite SEO
To aid in searchability, we create a full site audit. We ensure keywords are set within the right headings, metadata is added (open graph for social), images have alt tags and more.
User Testing
At this stage, we launch the portion of the website we've just completed. The goal is to set aside time to fix minor bugs before releasing to the public.
Analytics
Full setup via Google Analytics and Search Console to track site performance and in-depth user analytics. We will create a data dashboard to easily monitor the websites success.
Training
We will provide training to ensure your team's confidence in using the platform to manage content.
Hosting
Our hosting gives you access to the fastest and most scalable hosting technology. With over 100 data centers and servers, your files are distributed across the globe in a content distribution network (CDN) powered by Amazon's AWS Web Services.

Page Creation
We anticipate the bulk of the work will be in designing the CMS backend layouts and establishing a flow/process for the website.
Navigation
The overall navigation is fairly simple, with some added design elements to impress visitors. The main bar will be present at the top of each page to be opened via a hamburger button on mobile, with an additional navigation menu present in the footer.
Currently, we believe the page count will sit somewhere between 8-12 pages with the need for branding (color scheme, fonts, temporary font-based logo, and icons), as well as interactive elements throughout the website. Prior to starting the design, we will create a sitemap to outline the flow of the website and highlight the sequence of the corresponding page development.

*Note: The initial concept includes placeholder images and text. Our team will collaborate with you to select and edit photos, as well as developing your brand's tone of voice through copywriting. Additionally, the concept doesn't include icons, as we'll be creating custom icons as part of the development.
We implement the following strategy to ensure authority is built organically.
All web pages and site structure will be coded using high quality cross-browser compatible semantic HTML5/ CSS markup using appropriate headings/tags (H1, H2, H3, p, etc.) to denote the structure of pages and hierarchy of key content.
Pages will be built and optimized with unique browser page titles and META page descriptions relevant to the content on each page.
ALT tags can be added for image content and Title tags for text links.
In addition, we will create friendly (clean) URLs and use an appropriately named site folder structure and on making the site live.
We study your competition and audience to understand the search phrases used to find your website, thus create higher domain authority leading to better search rankings.
To increase brand authority we will create a full audit on Google Business, This will improve search results, aid in testimonials/reviews and add needed information to search results.
After designs of the website are signed off and development is underway, additional changes outside of the agreed project scope will be charged at $45.00 per hour.
Once the website is completed, logins will be provided to you for full control.
