First, subscribe to one of our site plans. If you do not have a free WeRiseCo account, you will be prompted to create one prior to checkout. After subscribing, you can purchase a setup option to fast-track your project, or wait for our team to contact you to request info about your brand.
After signing up, our team will contact you to request info about your brand. Once we receive the info, we'll build the site and send a live preview link for your review. If there's any changes, we'll make the revisions before launch. We'll guide you every step of the way.
Depending on the setup option you selected, the average site build can range from 3-8 weeks. For fully custom websites, the timeline could take longer depending on the complexity of the design. We will give you a specific estimate at the start of your project.
Yes, you can always change your plan after the completion of your initial website build. In these situations, it's best to contact our team so we can ensure that the design remains functional when you upgrade or downgrade your plan.
The majority of communication will take place via our custom request dashboard or email. For major updates, troubleshooting, or strategy sessions we will schedule 30-minute video conferences.
We design exclusively on Webflow. After completion of your website build, we will instruct you on how to use the content editor to change photos, videos, and text. If you are subscribed to our Ultimate Site Plan, you will have a dedicated web designer from our team to make the changes for you. If needed, we are also available upon request for additional work.
Once we start a project, we're unable to issue refunds. If you wish to cancel your website, the hosting will be cancelled at the end of your monthly billing period. We will keep a backup of your website for up to 6 months after the cancellation date, should you decide to return. The Starter setup option requires a 1-year service contract. All other plans and setup options do not have contracts.
